If you’re not being sharpened, or you’re not sharpening, then maybe a change is needed. Do inventory to make sure relationships are life giving instead of sucking the life out of you.
Be the one sharpening others or being sharpened by others. If the ax is dull, it requires a lot more work to maintain.
