You can't move forward looking backward. You can learn from past experiences, but you cannot let past experiences paralyze you. What God has for you will always be ahead of you, not behind you.
“Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past. Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert." (Isaiah 43:18-19 NASB)
LET THIS BE YOUR FAITH CONFESSION:
My eyes are on You, Papa God. My hope is on You Abba, Father. My peace is from You, Daddy God.
We can stand on God's Word because He watches over His Word to perform it. His Word will never return to Him void, useless, without producing any effect! (See Jeremiah 1:12 and Isaiah 55:11)
"Remember the word to Your servant, In which You have made me hope." (Psalm 119:49 AMPC)
"The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace." (Psalm 29:11 NASB)
You don't have to know the way. You just have to know Who is the Way! God will lead you.
"I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, In paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them And rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, And I will not leave them undone.” (Isaiah 42:16 NASB)
Trust God with today and tomorrow while letting go of yesterday.
