Yesterday I talked about the labels we give ourselves and allow others to give us. I reminded you that you are who God says you are! No one else can make that determination, just God. Then we looked at what the Word of God says about you. Today, we're going to thank God for who He created us to be.
Thank You Abba Father for creating me in Your image. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank You that I am honored and precious in Your sight. Hallelujah I am redeemed and forgiven! I am a new creature in Christ, the old has passed away. I’m not that person anymore. Before You I am holy and blameless. I am chosen by You. Even if no one else wants me or chooses me, You wanted me, planned for me, and chose me. I am Your masterpiece, a work of art, treasured beyond measure. Thank you for creating me with purpose to do great works for Your Kingdom.
Declare these truths over yourself daily until they become ingrained in your mind and heart:
I am unique!
I am strong!
I am beautiful!
You have blessed me with a unique plan and purpose!
I am Your masterpiece!
Abba Father, let me not forget who I am or my heritage as Your child.
Remember, knowing who you are changes everything in your favor.
You are defined by God's Word, not people's opinions. Know what the Word says about you then you'll know error when you hear it or encounter it and know how to deflect it.
Declare this out loud:
I am beautiful because my Abba Father says so and that is all I need to believe about me! I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am marvelous because God's works are marvelous. There is nothing artificial about me. I don't need enhancements to make me who I was naturally created to be, God’s Masterpiece, a Divine Original! HALLELUJAH!
Enjoy these Scriptures that will show you who you are in Christ and build and/or strengthen your foundation. Sometimes looking them up for yourself, and sitting with them, makes it more real to you.
