STAND ON GOD'S WORD!

Treasured by God!

Sometimes we just need a word from the Word of God to refresh and strengthen us while restoring our hope.

"God’s a safe-house for the battered, a sanctuary during bad times. The moment you arrive, you relax; you’re never sorry you knocked." (Psalm 9:9‭-‬10 MSG)

I needed this yesterday as the battle I faced was bigger than my ability to fight it. When natural resources have been removed from your reach it's so hard to fight. I've done all I can do now I'm going to rest and trust God. "We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon You." (II Chronicles 20:12b AMPC)

I know that God's favor surrounds me as a shield. "For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield." (Psalm 5:12 NKJV)

I expect to experience an exceedingly, abundantly above all I can ask, think, or imagine to manifest in my life, and in this specific challenge I presently face. "Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination![a] He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you." (Ephesians 3:20 TPT)

Only God can fix this so I'm going to stand still and watch God work on my behalf. This battle is not mine, it's the Lord's so I don't have to fear! "Do not be afraid! Don’t be discouraged by this mighty army, for the battle is not yours, but God’s." (2 Chronicles 20:15b AMPC) I need only to stand still and trust God!

This is my stance:

"Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]." (Ephesians 6:13 AMPC)

No matter how bad it looks God's Word promises that it must work out for my good.

"So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose." (Romans 8:28 TPT)
