ONE STEP LEADS TO TRANSFORMATION!

Updated: Nov 8, 2022

We don't have to know the destination; We just need to take a step of faith. Wrong steps can be corrected. No step means we stay right where we are! God needs us to be active, to be about His business, not stagnant. God didn't create us to be comfortable. He created us to make an impact for His Kingdom!

Sometimes we're waiting to do a big thing for God and He's waiting for us to just take a step. Don't let not knowing what to do paralyze you, causing you to do nothing. Ask yourself, what one step can I take today that will bring me closer to purpose, closer to impacting lives for Christ?

You can begin by asking God to show you opportunities to be His witness, to give a word of encouragement to someone, to pray for someone, to listen to someone, that's a start. Sometimes the biggest step is just reaching one! While you may want to reach the multitudes there are people right in your line of sight that are dying of spiritual thirst and hunger. Feed the one. Refresh the one.

One of the things the Lord said to me was, "Leisa, I left the ninety-nine for the one. The one will always be important to Me. Will you make the one important to you?" This changed how I do ministry. My focus is on the one, not the crowd. God will find me faithful here. Where He takes me after that is up to Him. I want to hear His, "Well done!"

His master said to him, Well done, you upright (honorable, admirable) and faithful servant! You have been faithful and trustworthy over a little; I will put you in charge of much. Enter into and share the joy (the delight, the blessedness) which your master enjoys." (Matthew 25:23 AMPC)

I encourage you to take a step! Do something! Do one thing that will make a difference in one person's life! Then repeat!

Let this Scripture encourage you to keep taking steps out of your comfort zone:

I hear the Lord saying, “I will stay close to you, instructing and guiding you along the pathway for your life. I will advise you along the way and lead you forth with my eyes as your guide. So don’t make it difficult; don’t be stubborn when I take you where you’ve not been before. Don’t make me tug you and pull you along. Just come with me!” (Psalm 32:8-9 TPT)

Be Encouraged! ❤
