NOW FAITH IS!

Updated: Jun 30, 2022

“Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].” (Hebrews 11:1 AMPC)

Now – right this minute, present tense

Now – at the present time (Noah Webster 1828 Dictionary)

FAITH IS:

  • Now, at this present time, in this very moment faith is

  • The assurance (Firm persuasion, full confidence or trust; freedom from doubt; certain expectation; the utmost certainty – Noah Webster 1828 Dictionary)

  • The confirmation, the title deed (it’s yours, no one can take it away from you) of the things we hope for (the confident expectation of what God has promised because of His faithfulness)

  • It’s the proof of the things we do not see and the conviction, belief, of their reality

  • Faith perceives, (knows, understands,) what it is believing for is real fact what is not revealed to the senses.

  • Faith believes now, even before it manifests because faith trusts God. Faith is the substance of what we believe and keeps us walking in vision and purpose.

“Faith is a vision in the heart. Faith is seeing the future in the present. When you have faith, you can see things you hope to have and achieve.” (Dr. Myles Munroe)

Faith sees, giving substance to vision. We see possibilities, what could be and from God’s perspective, what should be. Faith enlarges the vision, opening the doors of possibilities.

“Our spirits were designed to operate as God operates. We were created to live according to the nature of God and to function as He functions in the world.” (Dr. Myles Munroe)

FAITH CONFESSION:

God’s creative power lives in me. I was created to live according to the nature of God and to function as He functions in the world! I must let that sink in, really sink in, and start creating!

We must keep our visions constantly before us because the visions in our hearts are greater than our environments. Remember, God gave us vision so we would not have to live by what we see. (Dr. Myles Munroe)

FAITH CONFESSION:

I will keep my vision before me to remind myself my vision is greater than my circumstances. I am not bound by what I see.

“But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him.” (Hebrews 11:6b AMPC)

FAITH CONFESSION:

My faith pleases God!

“If you try to function in any way other than by faith, you will malfunction. That is why worry is ungodly and fear makes your vision short-circuit. You were never meant to be afraid. (Dr. Myles Munroe)

FAITH CONFESSION:

This is something I must really think about. I must make sure I am walking in faith, by faith. I cannot let a lack of faith short-circuit my vision.

ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS PROMISE:

“So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, God works all things together harmoniously. for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.” (Romans 8:28 TPT)

FAITH CONFESSION:

Abba Father, You are in the details. You weave them together for good, no matter how the threads of my life may look. I love You. I have been designed by You for purpose and I will walk in that purpose with the help of Holy Spirit.

Be Encouraged! ❤
