Leaders, if you're hurting, step away and invest time in your healing. An empty cup can't pour, and a spilled cup has nothing to pour.

Believing it all depends on you is pride and pride goes before destruction! If the ministry is solely dependent on your being there or that it will decrease, or even fold, this is not a sure foundation! Then your ministry needs healing also because the focus is wrong.
Ministry is founded by God, not man or woman! Only ministries anchored in Him will survive.
Every leader needs a succession plan. Don't let the enemy cause you to believe you must do everything and be everything! Step down and heal. If God is in it then it will be there when you return. You will do more damage ministering from a broken, unhealed place.
