"I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]" (John 16:33 AMPC)
While there will be fires, challenges, in life, however, we are fireproof. Jesus promised that He has taken away their power to harm us because He already overcame the world.
Being anchored in the Word of God is our protection. It's what makes us fireproof! This doesn't mean we won't be challenged. It means we'll come out victorious, not looking like what we've been through! And we go through it in peace.
"Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]" (John 14:26-27 AMPC)
Because we have the gift of Holy Spirit we have peace, God’s peace which transcends all understanding. Hallelujah!
“Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7 NLT)
We have to know who we are and Whose we are! This world can't really touch us. God's Word promises us that. It doesn't mean we won't experience pain, loss, challenges, and the issues of life because we will. We're in this world. What it does mean is that when the smoke clears, like the three Hebrew boys, we'll still be standing, un-scorched, no burns, and no smoke inhalation!
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you.” (Isaiah 43:2 AMPC)
Our Abba, Father, promised that all things will work together for our good. When we do our part, He will do His part.
"We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose." (Romans 8:28 AMPC)
Praise Him as you walk through the fire!
FAITH CONFESSION:
Fireproof! God, my Abba, Father, said it and I believe it and I'm walking in it. So, devil give it your best shot! My Daddy will respond and He's already defeated you!
Be Encouraged! ❤
