A SHEPHERD AFTER GOD'S OWN HEART! (PART 2)

Where you go to Church is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Don't take it lightly!

“Then I will give you shepherds who trust and know Me, wise teachers who will impart knowledge and understanding to you." (Jeremiah 3:15 The Voice)

"I will appoint new, responsible shepherds to take care of them, and My sheep will no longer have to be afraid. These new, responsible shepherds will make sure that none of My sheep go missing." (Jeremiah 23:4 The Voice)

God places His heart for us in the Pastor for us. So please, pray about this important decision. You don't want to be in the wrong place.

Just think of the tremendous responsibility pastors have – to have the heart of God for their sheep. Yet, we as sheep have a tremendous responsibility also – to be in the right pasture. When we understand God’s heart, we’ll recognize our pasture.

A Note to the Sheep:

The sheep have a part also! We have to be obedient, submissive, teachable, humble, appreciative, and recognize their authority over us.

"Now also we beseech you, brethren, get to know those who labor among you [recognize them for what they are, acknowledge and appreciate and respect them all]—your leaders who are over you in the Lord and those who warn and kindly reprove and exhort you." (I Thessalonians 5:12 AMPC)
