Chosen by God!
Sometimes in helping others we are really hurting them. Some things we must experience in order to walk in the greatness our Abba Father has prepared for us. And some things are about character building. We can't preempt the process by stepping in prematurely. Instead, seek God's direction for your direction in the situation!
There are no short cuts to His completing the work in us. To become more like Him we must endure like Him - with love, and in patience, tempered with compassion, mercy, and grace.
“And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.” (Philippians 1:6 AMPC)
