Chosen by God!
Just look at all of the things the Holy Spirit is to us:
“But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.” (John 14:26 AMPC)
I know that I need a Comforter, Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby in every area of my life. I can’t do this alone. I need His help. I want His help!
We need the Holy Spirit every minute, every second of every day, and especially when decisions are involved. A yes or no question is really not simply yes or no. There is so much more at stake.
Busyness does mean effectiveness. Everything that seems good may not be good.
"There is a way which seems right to a man and appears straight before him, but at the end of it is the way of death." (Proverbs 14:12 AMPC)
There is more at stake than we realize. Get involved with everything God is doing. Don’t ask Him to bless your plans, instead ask Him to show you His plans! He sees, and knows, more than we do!
